(If you could let me know where you find these things too, that would be awesome!)

1. Favourite vegan multivitamin
2. Favourite vegan store-bought stir-fry sauce
3. Favourite vegan packaged meal or kit (frozen dinner, microwave stuff, whatever)

Hmmmm favourite vegan multivitamin would have to be Natural Factors' "Hi Potency Multi"

Store bought sauce... well I like sweet sauces like Teriyaki and stuff like that so for me, Billy Bee Honey Garlic and Honey Sake Teriyaki. They're very sweet so I usually combine them with a regular low-sodium soy sauce but they're good for stir fries, glazes etc. A bit on the thin side though so you might want to thicken them with something...

And favourite vegan meal, that would have to be Commensal Chinese Stir Fry. I really like it, it's got a lot of protein (28 g I believe) and it's good. Well other than the 23% sodium... but if you don't eat a lot of salt in general it's good.

I also like those frozen soy hot dogs they sell at T&T supermarkets. Not all of their locations have them but they're really really good. They only have soy fiber, soy protein and VEGAN spices. (whatever that is lol)

Thx!

I'm going to guess that you eat honey and not that the stirfry sauces you mentioned are vegan despite the name, eh? :(

Ohhh sorry heh yeah I do eat honey, not level 5 vegan yet =P sorry I keep forgetting a lot of vegans don't eat them. =/

Alright then without honey heh ummmm Ginger People make some very good sauces, not all of them are vegan alas (a truth discovered the hard way when I found out that my favourite ginger hickory sauce has worcestershire sauce in it :()...

Here are the ones that are vegan: ginger sesame, ginger lime, ginger jerk and sweet ginger chili. No honey in those ones and they ARE very good if you like ginger. :)

Oh yeah sorry forgot to say didn't I... Ambrosia on Doncaster av. (that's right on the first light north of Steeles on Yonge) the number is 25 I believe but you'll see the store from afar once you pass the curve on the street. :)

The Naam's Famous Miso Gravy to be found at that new health food store on Bloor and Christie. I've never used it, but I used to eat at the Naam in Vancouver, and it was tasty.

It's been years since I last tasted the Naam's, and I haven't opened my bottle yet. I just finished working for three months at Fresh though, so I'm kind of in a good position to compare. Once I've opened the bottle, I'll get back to you on this. =)

So that Naam Miso Gravy was a let down. Not much flavour. Does not compare to Fresh's at all. I'd rather get miso and mix it up in a dish or something...

There's a health store there? I need to check that out. Unfortunately the one time I was in Vancouver, The Naam was closed cause of costruction on that street. I love miso gravies though. What's the store called?

It's a brand new store. I can't recall the name, but you can't really miss it. They have a big sign that says their prices can't be beat. (Their prices are good, they give even Essence of Life a run for its money on some items.) It's on the north side of Bloor.
